PODCAST EPISODE 216: Gratitude vs. Cultivating Contentment – Thanksgiving Special Episode

EPISODE SUMMARY

Topics Covered:

his week we recorded a special episode to set the stage for your 2022 vision, and how what you are grateful for is a great place to “look” for what you want more of in the future.

Today we ask you to consider not just the things you are grateful for, but to ask yourself this, “How do I make sure that the things that I’m grateful for continue to manifest in my life?”.

We discuss the difference between being grateful for things as they occur in our life (a reactive response to the present) versus cultivating contentment (proactively aiming for the life we aspire to live). In other words, when we cultivate contentment we manifest, envision, and quantify exactly what it is that would lead us to live a good life.

We wish you and your family a wonderful, restful, and renewing holiday season! Happy Thanksgiving.
